The Project

Olympia consists of four office buildings with a huge internal garden and pedestrian area, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

The office complex is an ideal choice for companies that are looking for the most modern technical features, flexible and sustainable offices in a central location, very close to the city centre.

Building A was handed over in 2021, currently offering approximately 13.000 m2 of leasable office space. Thanks to the efficiency of each floor, we can also accommodate smaller needs, around 300-400 m2 of office area as well. Olympia B is currently in a shell & core condition – handover is planned by the end of 2024.
